After responding to a text, a few hours later she asked the same questioned again. After numerous text messages, I finally had to tell her that I was sick with possible COVID. I did in fact test positive. She emailed my ex-husband, in an email in which I was included, and asked if I was going to sign the papers. I carefully researched numerous realtors in the area before selecting them based on the number and quality of their listings and sales as well as their solid reviews. The home they sold for us had been empty for a while. They provided what proved to be excellent advice on pricing as well as on minor updates to make to improve presentation to potential buyers.
